Power Admin IT is the managed services division of Power Admin Solutions. Before this was a product, it was our internal infrastructure: AI agents running first-line support intake, ticketing, and triage for our own operating companies, processing real customer and partner requests every day, with human approval gates on everything sensitive.
We watched the system resolve the routine work in seconds, escalate the judgment calls to people, and keep an audit trail the whole way. Then we looked at what businesses our size pay for traditional IT support and did the obvious thing.
